Returns and Exchanges
Though we strive to provide our customers with exceptional customer service, unfortunately, at this time we can not offer returns or exchanges of goods. As we continue to grow, our policy will evolve; we appreciate your business!
Refunds (if applicable)
No refunds, however, we will gladly replace lost or damaged product. Please email photos and any other helpful information concerning the damage to hello@rasynclair.com and I will be happy to help.
Shipping
Please keep in mind all products are handcrafted and often made-to-order. Order processing times may vary from 2-7 business days, on average, depending on products ordered and current volume. If you need your order by a certain date, for a special occasion, or expedited please send an email to hello@rasynclair.com or add a note at checkout and I will try to accommodate your request.
Once processed, goods ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, unless otherwise noted or requested, with 1-3 business days delivery time depending on shipping address.
For local pickup, please be sure to check your email and texts or follow up with me at hello@rasynclair.com to arrange pickup or delivery of your order.
We will assume the costs to replace damaged goods.
